99% of people right now are going to have to pay over msrp right now so I’m not going to hold that against the card itself. As far as performance goes once the tweaking is done it’s really stable and fast... sitting at a pretty steady 2500mhz operating speed. If you buy any of the new cards adjust the fan curve and wattage slider first even if you don’t touch anything else. It will run super quiet at the stock curve but the junction temps get a little too high on max gpu titles (like Flight Sim) for comfort. AMD says it’s fine, so it probably is, but seems more steady with the 10c drop you can get with just the fans spinning a little faster. Little noisy at max fan speed but still quieter than most and can leave my chassis fans pretty quiet with no change in overall case temps. Waterblock options are just starting to show up and people were getting steady 2800mhz at 60-70c junction temps and even lower on main gpu... A+ card and more potential than the reference, Only ones I would rate higher from Asrock would be the Formula and the brands that are AIO out of the box. All the AIB 6900s are pretty good so far. There's a reason this was AMD's flagship GPU, and that's because, even now, this thing is in the top 3 most powerful gaming GPUs in the world, and the two that beat it only do so by maybe 5 fps(with raytracing off). The ASRock version is powerful and runs very cool. Very easy to overclock. VR runs smooth as silk.
